About Us

Michigan City Aviators (MCA) is a nonprofit aviation club based at Michigan City Municipal Airport (MGC) in Michigan City, Indiana. Our mission is to use aviation to promote interest in STEM — science, technology, engineering, and math — among community members, to educate the public on aviation and aviation safety, and to encourage students to explore aviation-related fields.

What We Do

Group fly-outs to nearby events and attractions
Host Fly-in events at MGC
Support airport events like Airport Day and Pancake Breakfast
FAA FaasTeam aviation safety seminars
Organize visits to ATC facilities
Host member cookouts at the airport
Support local youth aviation programs
Get together throughout the season for fun
